Terms of Service

These Terms govern the Launch Kit service provided by Activate The Agent, a DBA of Truth Excellence Group LLC (Las Vegas, NV). 1. All sales are final. There are no refunds; revision rounds only. 2. Your kit includes the revision rounds stated at checkout (2 for Starter and Pro, 3 for Elite). Request each round within 14 days of handoff, as one consolidated change list per round. New scope is a change order. 3. You authorize us to access your GoHighLevel account (and DNS/Meta where applicable) solely to build your kit, and you may remove that access at handoff. 4. You indemnify Activate The Agent and Truth Excellence Group LLC against claims arising from your use of the materials. 5. Templates are licensed to you for your own business use — no resale or redistribution. 6. Data processing: we process your and your leads' data only to deliver the service. 7. Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.
